no, they wont get back together, James stated in an interview that he feels depressed that he is the ratty looking member of the group and that his imitation of an American voice in all of his songs sounds too apalling to release to the general public again.
Matt is happily married and a father with wife tv presenter Emma who James coincidentally fancied too.
Charlie is in a band called Fightstar and tends to go down on his other band members.
Edit: I've heard recently that James and Matt have made plans of reforming, but Charlie is firmly refusing to join. He said-"I want to make it unequivocally clear that I have no interest what-so-ever in re-joining Busted and I never will.". This either means that Busted will not reform until at least Charlie changes his mind, or Busted will go on with members Matt and James without Charlie. We'll just have to sit back and watch, but it could be a while. Charlie claims to be very happy in his other band, Fightstar.
Matt has stated that he would love to work with James again. But Charlie won't let James and Matt do Busted without him but he doesn't want to rejoin and never will. So the best bet is that we could see Matt and James in a band together in the future with a different name.
