It will reduce overall computer lag but will make the Webpages that you usually visit load slower when you first load it up. So lets say YouTube loads at an average of 2 Seconds. if you clear it, When you first open it back up after clearing, it might take 2.5 seconds. Because your cache is all the files from a website. Deleting this makes it to where it has to download the files again. And This will happen for all Websites you normally visit for 1 time until you clear cache again.
