Drinking cranberry juice is supposed help clean out your kidney's so that when it comes time for a drug test, the kidney's don't pass traceable amounts of THC to your bladder. There are no sure fire ways to get clean right away. The best way is to stop smoking and exercise.
Breaking down your fat cells by exercising and eating better will eventually eradicate all THC from your body over a long period of time. There have been cases where someone will test clean, start exercising and have a test come back dirty because THC is being released from fat cells being burned off.

∙ 13y agoNothing Absolute but i used to take 3, 400mg cranberry pills a day after the day i used last and drank a good amount of water (not too much though). i bought a home test a week later and i had no trace whatsoever.
P.S. You MUST not use while taking the pills or they will have no effect whatsoever.

THC is stored in your fat cells and eating or drinking things will not flush it out, only time will. You might test negative after two weeks but it depends on if you smoke all the time or not. Answer - Exercise and sweating will help break down fat cells, thus breaking down the THC as well.
