No. They simply won't run.
There is a danger in disconnecting a cars battery if your wrench grounds while disconnecting the positive terminal while the ground is still attached. It is advisable to disconnect the negative terminal first. When reconnecting the battery ( or new one ) connect the positive cable first. Also be careful to get the polarity correct or you may damage electronic components.
try disconnecting positive battery cable from battery for a few minutes,then,re-install

The negative battery terminal is on the battery. They don't have a wire coming from it like they do the positive. For charging purposes, the engine block acts as the battery ground. First try disconnecting the positive battery cable for 5 minutes and reconnect. This works on mine.
Not positive, but i would think that disconnecting and hooking the battery back up should do the trick
NO! positive is red and black is negative negative is grounded to the frame of the car, and positive goes to the electrical components.
on my 2000 I disconnect the positive battery cable and press down the brake pedal for 30 seconds and that will reset it
