I finally made pesrgros, and even do I still weight 145lbs, the change is noticeable. The guys at the gyms agreed with me, they're huge of course, but they've been training for years. So this guy is right in my opinion and Scooby1961 too.So if I continue like this for 2013 I will be around 160lbs. That's a lot of muscle gains in 2 years, believe me. Then I will stop there since I'm around 5'8 .
