I've read that it can help pass a drug test for amphetamines like speed, MDMA, ecstasy, Adderall, Ritalin, and others.
That's because they are basic chemicals and increasing the acidity of urine will help to excrete them.
It won't help for Cannabis (Marijuana) and I'm not sure about Cocaine.
As for amphetamines, I think you have to drink it starting 2 days in advance, and I'm not sure how much, but it shouldn't be a lot because drinking too much is bad for your stomach and intestines.

∙ 14y agoIt depends on what drug you have done. Marijuana can be covered by drinking a lot of water the day before, but it only works in some people. Other drugs cannot be covered.
