As an Electrical engineer I will say both will be better in the future.
Think about it logically, as technology improves there will always be better and smarter computers that need to be manufactured. And again as technology improves, so will electronics. You will have more and more of each.
The only thing is with electrical engineering you have WAY more options in terms of career path. You can be working on projects with medical companies designing radiology machines or you can be working with Sony and designing new TV's....but with computer engineering your limited to working with computers...
