No knowledgeable way to answer this question.
They could, if they wanted. Much probably hinges on the amount of the theft and serioussness of the crime.
no, i do not believe that they would extradite on a misdemenor that was four years old.
County's don't extradite from other states, states extradite from other states. It can depend on how badly they want you back and whether or not your name appears on the interstate NCIC system as wanted.
I seriously doubt they will if it is a misdemeanor, MD doesn't extradite for felony theft and alot of other felony charges so chances are no. Exception to the rule, they will extradite in a surrounding state like PA.
You've got it backwards. WI will extradite you from CA, not the other way around. The answer is, they could. It may well depend on the dollar amount of the theft. If it amounted to a felony crime, they probably will.
They certainly can. Whether they will or not is harder to answer.
Yes. All states and US possessions honor each other's requests for extradition.
You will be taken into custody but I doubt Florida will pay to extradite from Colorado.Another View: the above statement is not exactly true. If the attachment is for a felony offense, there is a good likelihood that FL will extradite you.
Yes. And you are likely to pick up the cost of transportation.
Yes, if the warrant is on file in the National Crime Information Computer system and NC states that will extradite.
Depends on the crime, misdemeanor, probably not, if serious, Oh yeah!
