No... Steam is made a an actual game developer company, you think they would give a virus? I've bought it there, worth the price!
+ Steam is where i advise you to get it, other places (except for garrysmod.com) probably will infect you.
in fact its probably illegal to get it anywhere else but garrysmod.com or steam.
