yes unless the battier you have now is new.
It is not possible to play Games with a Dead Battery. You are required to charge it first. If the battery is very less charged up then i will say no it is not dangerous as battery keep on supplying same amount of power till it's last charge. If your battery is dead in a manner that it is not getting charged but you can turn on Macbook if you plug in the charger then Yes, it is dangerous to play games and even using it is dangerous. The battery may leak or blast and cause damage to your Macbook or to you.
Go to the site I linked below, and click on the electric box. It shows all the places where a person can recharge their car if they have an electric or electric hybrid. If there is no place near you to recharge your electric car battery, (and you do not have a place at home or work to recharge the battery), you might want to think twice before getting an electric car. People did not switch from horses to gas powered cars, until there were gas stations near where they lived or worked.
The Battery? No, not typically the battery. That means that the alternator is not charging the battery and IF the engine is running, it's getting all of it's electrical energy from the battery. It means that once the battery charge is depleted, the engine won't run again until you recharge the battery.
There is no age limit for getting a MacBook Pro.
Maybe the battery is defective. Check the voltage at the battery terminals with the engine running at idle. You should get 13.5 to 16 volts. If not the alternator is defective or the voltage regulator is bad. If you are getting the correct voltage, the battery is bad or the connections are corroded.
no but i have considered getting it though. i do know they are expensive.
Try the Dell XPS 15z, it's the same price as a Macbook, yet its specs and cosmetics are more similar to the Macbook Pro. If you're almost getting a Macbook Pro for the price of a Macbook, why not take it?
No, a battery cannot recharge itself. The alternator converts some of the engine's energy into electrical energy which is then stored in the battery. If a battery is not getting recharged under normal driving conditions, you either have a problem with the charging system or a failed battery. You can't know without testing. On the other hand, sometimes a dead battery can get what's called a "surface charge". A surface charge just means that when you were cranking last time, you depleated all of the readily available electrical charge. By letting the battery sit for a while, "entropy" has allowed some of the chemical reaction to spread out over all of the battery plates... but the battery cannot "create" electrical energy.
If it's an older model then the battery could be at it's end of life and won't keep a charge. Borrow another battery. The charger may no longer be working and not charging the battery. Broken wire, dead.Borrow another charger. The Battery may not be fully seated and not getting a good connection with the contacts. The charger is not being connected into the computer and not getting a good connection.
Considering all the information you have supplied the MacBook Pro 13-inch is the best laptop for you.
The length of time required to charge a MAcBook Pro is dependent upon how much charge was in the battery before recharging started and if the computer is being used while the charging takes place. From flat to fully charged while being used can take four or five hours but will be around half that long if it is not being used.
It could be that the batteries are getting old and need to be replaced.
