According to Dr. Fulton, (co-developer of Retin A and acne expert) when you get on birth control pills you are only delaying your acne. In other words, you will have the acne you would've had once you get off the pills.
Going off the Pill shouldn't affect your menstrual cycle.
you can get really nauseas. it happend to me
Wait a few months after going off the pill to see if your periods are still regular. If you don't have a period for 2-3 months and aren't pregnant, see your OB or reproductive endocrinologist to be tested for PCOS. Often times the pill can mask the symptoms of PCOS and you won't know you have it until after you go off the pill.
Celexa, Seropram or Citalopram can definitely cause skin conditions, including hair loss and acne. I have been on this medication on and off for about 15 years. Every time I am off Citalopram, the acne disappears and my hair loss ceases. Every time I get back on this medication, due to seasonal depression teamed with life events, the acne returns and so does the hair loss. Whether on or off Citalopram, I don't change my diet. And when I get off Citalopram and have stress to deal with, or PMS, I still don't get acne or hair loss.
Coming off birth control can and does cause spotting for a few days. This is the medication withdrawing from your system.
No. Get a checkup as soon as possible.
Yes. Even on birth control you can still get pregnant. Just a week after going off the pill its not likely, becasue you'll still have the hormones in your system but definatly still possible.

Water does not straightly get rid of acne but it can help prevent acne in the first place because you are washing the grease off your body which can cause acne
