Technicaly, we are already some kind of creature, but one day we may possibly evolve into things far worse than you could imagian or something way better than you could imagion. It really depends on the life style we have and if we do evolve, it won't be for at least another 200 years, so not in this life time.

Humans did not evolve from monkeys, and no evolutionary biologist has ever claimed that we did. Monkeys are related to humans, but not ancestral to humans. The species from which the human race most likely evolved would be some form of Australopithecus (which is now extinct).
