Oh yeah so you better be clean but after youre off you wont be tested anymore so party all you want the next night
Yes. Everyone that is on felony probation gets drug tested. Maybe not on not every office visit, but everyone gets drug tested.
If you are convicted of a crime, you may be placed on probation. Probation generally includes random drug screens. The court may also require a clear drug screen before entering a plea.
Yes, the court has a right to drug test you as part of the investigation or part of your probation
Yes and you should be
It depends on your state's laws, but the short answer is YES.
This depends on what you mean by go away. If you were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia while on probation this will always be on your arrest record. If you are referring to being on probation for drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant is active then no it will not go away. It is possible to get a lawyer to enter on the case and maybe get Court date without having to be arrested.
nope, if you are going on drug charges you will be assigned manditory drug evaluation where they asked you questions and get a urine drug test and if you pass you dont have to ever go to classes
Most likely ... this is to make certain you have not drifted back into old prior habits.
I have been to court around 10 times and have never been drug tested at it. When I got put on probation they send you to wherever the place is located and even then I still didn't get drug tested. They gave me a date to come back and meet with a probation officer and that is when I got my first drug test. And as long as you are honest about the last time you used its not a big deal.
If the court orders you to do so, yes.
Any mind altering in most cases on probation is illegal, drug court probation has done testing for in the past.
The first step would be to speak to her probation officer directly. Have thorough documentation for exactly how she has violated a probation order (e.g. you observed her with drug paraphernalia on this date; she had an unreported auto accident on that date; she left the children unattended for 36 hours on these dates). You can generally learn who the probation officer is by calling the court and properly identifying yourself and your ex. If the probation officer is unsupportive, take your materials to family court in order to get the custody order altered.
