it damages every thing else anyways. premium from bp or marathon clean out your injectors and line and lets vehicle run better. premium from shell gives you more power. any where else umight as well put a water hose in you gas tank and let er blow. just spend the few extra cents and you will notice the difference and not have to worry bout those questions.
Raise the car as necessary and put the car on jack stands. The ignition coils (there are three coils) are bolted to the ignition module using 2 small screws. First remove the two spark plug wires making note of which position each is in. Then remove the screws and take the coil off. Reverse the process to install the new coil.
GM has been putting their Ignition Control Modules in very close contact with the coils for decades. On the 1997 and newer models they put it the back side of the engine by the firewall, and it will be the base for the ignition coils. So, if you can see the sparkplug wires and see that they plug into the coils (probably more than one, maybe three), and you can see how the coils are mounted, it is quite likely that you are looking at the ESC. They are not using mechanical distributers anymore so don't look for one.
Regular or mid grade... there's no benefit to using premium in this vehicle, unless you're adding a Jacobs ignition to it.
Unless it calls for premium gas in your owners manual your wasting your money using premium.
Number of coils of what? Maybe wire in an electromagnet? Please resubmit the question with more detail.
Using protein histones, the DNA coils to form nucleosomes, which further coils to form chromosomes.
The coils can be cleaned using a coil brush and foaming coil cleaner. These items are available at www.appliancepartspros.com.
I don't think the timing is adjustable. I drive a '98 s10 with the 2.2l, and mine has a distributorless system GM started using; it uses ignition coils, and the timing is automatically adjusted by the computer.

You have to remove the throttle body because it's blocking one of bolts. Remove the hose connecting the throttle body and the air filter box. When you get it done, you have access to all bolts (and usually one nut). Disconnect harnesses and spark plug wires from the coils. Coils are attached to a special holder using two bots per each coil. Remove the holder, replace coils. Installation is reverse to removal.
