What happened between utau and kukai in the Shugo Chara anime?
In the anime nothing happens but in the anime it shows that Kukai and Utau are going out and that Utau only likes Kukai and gave Ikuto up to Amu.

Yes Ikuto and Amu do get together as written in Shugo Chara! Encore! They do have immense feelings for each other, and Ikuto promises Amu that he will return for her when she is an adult. He seals the promise with a kiss on her nose.

that's tough but i know why. reason 1:she has a crush on him reason 2:since she wants ikuto to be hers, she scares off others. (like Amu or Kotone) reason 3:we all know that ikuto doesn't have that much of an interest for utau, but i think she knows that so she's trying to get him back (though she never HAD him so) well i hope that answered your question!!! --------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my theory (warning, contains spoilers) Utau pretty much grew up alone. she didn't really know a lot of people, then, eventually her father left, and her mother got remarried, she felt alone, and so she didn't want to be alone, she wanted someone to love her, and that someone was ikuto. i think this, because in shugo chara encore, she starts falling for kukai, but the thing that really sealed the deal was when he told her that he was there for her, and that she was not alone. so that's my theory

in the anime it does hint that they end up together but never truly confesses it. In the anime she ends up with Ikuto because she realizes she loves him. i suggest not to watch the anime because it is not very true to the manga at all that much. the manga is much better, that is my opinion though and i hope this anwsers you question.

No one gets married. However, in the anime Ikuto leaves and so we assume amu ends up with Tadase. BUT in the manga amu realizes that she loves ikuto and ends up with him. No one gets married.
