You'll only put on weight if you eat more calories than you burn. You'll have to probably eat less if you stopped skipping rope, but just because you stopped won't mean you'll put on weight. Just as long as you keep an eye out on your diet, you'll be fine.
It would be a challenge, since you need both hands for skipping rope. You could if you either put the cucumber in your mouth before you started skipping, or if someone jumped with you and fed you cucumber. So, I would say, yes, very coordinated people would be able to.

The only negative aspect of 'skipping exercises' are that they can put pressure on your lower back. However, this can be avoided if you avoid jumping on the same spot each time. Try to alternate feet and keep moving slightly from left to right. Don't be put off from skipping, as it's great exercise. Hope this helps!
Jomping Rope is a much better exercise, being very intense and the fact it works the whole body. Sprinting instead of jogging is about the same but is much harder exercise to maintain for extended periods of time.
Furthermore, I apologize for any skipping tracks
A halter and if you don't have a rope you can put a rope around the horses neck!
You have to get a rope and then put a couple of strings at the bottom of the rope but leave a tiny piece of string sticking out. Then you tie another rope to the piece of string hanging out.
