There is now a test for jwh created by Redwood toxicology.
This test is new and is most likely not going to be given to you unless they suspect you are using synthetic marijuana. Even though the drug may not be illegal in your state yet, the use of this drug is still a violation of probation under cause of addictive behavior.
People have been caught by probation with this new test. The main factor is have you given them enough suspicion to test you for this.

RTL in California came out with a test that will accurately detect JWH-018 & JWH-073 for up to 72 hours depending on dosage amount. The real question is... Has anyone heard of probation using the tests yet? I have not, but that doesn't mean that they aren't using them.
