Leafpool abondons her clan ways in order to fulfil her ambitious love for Crowfeather and because she didnt even feel needed in her clan in the fifth book of the second series.

Well... if you recall reading the part when Crowfeather and Leafpool run away together, of course they were in love with each other. When Crowfeather helped walk Jaypaw back to his camp after he fell into the lake, Leafpool and Crowfeather looked at each other in a way that Jaypaw didn't understand. Crowfeather and Leafpool looked at each other in that way because they were remembering the time they ran away together, and the also recalled their love for each other.

They probably will because Leafpool is a warrior now. If WindClan and ThunderClan get into a fight again , Crowfeather might accidently pin Leafpool down. Because he still cares about her Crowfeather will leave her be and attack the nearest ThunderClan warrior (besides Lionblaze). And if Onestar sees this, he might exile him and then Crowfeather will join ThunderClan and he'd be mates with Leafpool again and he will have more kittens with her because he loves her.
