no ur good
When I lived in Twin Falls, I worked at McD's. They had a drug test before starting work and random drug tests throughout. I passed the original drug test after smoking a bowl of Hayze and showed up high almost every day. There is a reason why on that black pouch a label says "Legal in Idaho". :)
I don't believe so on original drug test including blood test...i have had all three mouth, urine and blood screenings done while smoking regularly every day...I do believe there are special tests that now test for some of the chemicals in Hayze
I work in their Philly office, I started over a year ago and still havn't been drug tested, Just don't do it! I drink on the weekends instead, Takes me to the same place but it's legal!

Yes a drug can be legal if it is prescribed by the doctor.
I dated a girl who worked at Valero for a year and a half. Not only was she never drug tested, but she never had to provide her social security number either...
Legal Drug Money was created in 1996.
can you work as a security gaurd with a misdemeanor drug charge
Legal drug by law
If you mean by Medicare (social security doesn't 'cover' treatments), mental health counseling, and hospital treatments are covered. Medicare part D plans (the drug plans) will cover a variety of medications, but some (like xanax) are excluded by many.
Legal regulations on drug storage
Legal implications of drug use is a "loaded" question. It depends on whether or not the drug is legal for use in society. If the drug is "legal" AND prescribed by a physician licensed to prescribe said "drug", and used ONLY by the patient to whom the "drug" was prescribed, then there should be no LEGAL ramifications. If, AND ONLY if the "drug" in question is listed as ILLEGAL for consumption in society will legal ramifications occur. In other words: If you are using MEDICATION (drugs) that are illegal to use, or consuming Medication that has not been prescribed to you by a licensed physician, ultimately you are breaking the law.
