Almost certainly not; the odds against it would be staggering.

Life on Earth is the end result of billions of years of evolution driven by unique factors and random chance. IF there is life elsewhere (assumed, but there is no evidence) then it would have evolved under different circumstances and through a different pattern of mutations. It will be different - probably MUCH different. We may not recognize it as "life".
