Moderate weight lifting can help as well as completely losing all the excess fat (even when you think you have, chances are there is still fat there). However, if it is a major weight loss as in 100 pounds or a great deal like that - the only way to get rid of it all is for surgery to remove the excess skin.
The excess skin won't be removed by diet alone. Your skin will regain it's elasticity as you exercise. Keep at it, use bio-oil and your skin should return to normal.
It is excess skin.
One bad one is very loose skin if the weight loss is large. Otherwise the rest are beneficial: better movement, clothes fit better plus many more.

Melanodermatitis or postinflammatory hyperpigmentation are terms meaning an excess of melanin in an area of skin inflammation.
Skin is rarely 'excess'. It is just enough to cover the 'contents' of the body, Skin is extremely elastic and can 'recover' from weight loss with time, especially if the weight loss was gradual and moderate. Age can play a large part in this. As we age the skin becomes less elastic and excess sink can be very slow to shift for older people. One thing is sure - none of the many creams which claim to shift excess skin work.
coz it removes excess oil.......
It's simply just excess skin. Like on a sharpei or mastiff. There may be extra fluids around the area with excess skin and treatment to remove some of the fluid can be done at the vet.
Oh yeah... I have the same issue. My first was a c-section also. I can't wait till the day I can afford a tummy tuck because that is the only thing that will fix excess skin and that pouchy thing you get after a c-section.
