Yes. You probably won't get very high yourself, but you can get enough to fail a drug test if you are in an enclosed space such as a car or small room.
Back in the '60's we used to talk about "contact highs," when people acting goofy around you start you doing the same thing, even though you were not smoking. There is a lot to that idea, as well, since we know that group pressure also modifies behavior.

∙ 12y agoIf you are within a short distance of someone smoking marijuana, there is a chance that you will get a secondhand high. Although most of the THC in marijuana is absorbed by the body when smoked, just like secondhand cigarette smoke, you can still be affected. However, if you are worried about being within a close vicinity of someone smoking marijuana, the most noticable aspect is the smell that can linger on clothing and in a closed space. If someone was to blow smoke directly in your face, there is a greater concentration so there is a bigger chance of a contact buzz.
