Your processor is too old to run SW:TOR. I've got the same problem unfortunately, (asked a friend to borrow his copy). Its probably worth a shot if you have any friends though. Get him to use his account to download it onto your computer. If it runs, de-install the launcher and then buy the game. If it doesn't, don't.
The graphics card & processor are not good enough for MW3. Don't buy it anyways, its a shoddy port.
