Yes! Make sure that you paint the very ends (the tips, the parts that you file) with a light coat of polish, then with top coat. Also, make sure that you add top coat every two - three days!
Don't forget your base coat, and when painting on your color, make your first coat light, let it dry for 5-7 mins, then the second coat can be a tiny bit thicker. Let that dry a minimum of 15 mins.
