Best Answer

No.

Neptune is a gas giant, which means it is made up of gas and has no solid surface. With no surface there is nothing for celestial objects to hit.

Objects entering Neptune would simply get blown into orbit by the extremely fierce thousand-mile an hour winds. If the object somehow manages to break free of the winds, it will be vaporised by the molten core.
