Yes, I would look back on some places in some worlds to see if there are new quests i found many new ones.
It's possible to get past level 10 if you do the side (and main) quests by the time you complete Wizard City. It's also possible to be exactly level 10 if you do the main quests alone
by completing quests and sometimes if you stay on for a long time (1 hour or more) your XP will increase
Yes, totally! If you have free time it can be really fun and if you're bored it's a good way to pass the time. The quests and spells are really fun, too.
There are 81 quests all total. Some are mandatory, but others are optional. Some quests have to be triggered by doing certain actions. You can play all the way through the game and never have them appear. An example of this is the Blackmail quest. If you only have one family at a time, this quest will never appear. If you get married to two or more spouses and keep them for long enough, you will eventually be blackmailed and have to go deal with it. There are other quests that are not available until you beat the game.
You must first finish all 3 streets which are Triton Avenue, Cyclops Lane and Firecat Alley and after you finish them, you will get the badge, three streets saviour. After you get the badge, Headmaster Ambrose will call you and tell you that the time has come for you to defeat Lord Nightshade.
By doing quests! Every time you complete a quest, more quests are unlocked. These include quests for learning your talent skills! To unlock most of the quests, you must be a member. Good luck!
Over 9000!

That's not really a hard thing. You ask around, do some quests, bring back some loot, sell it. Or make some potions and sell them. Or do some quests and get rewards. Gold will come over time.
technacilly this question is unanswerable... because they continualy add new quests so it will change beetween time to time
