There's always the possibility, but novocain isn't a recreational drug--going to the dentist isn't my idea of a good time!--and dentists always give you some sort of a form when you go to them. Could be a bill, could be aftercare instructions, whatever. Just get the dentist to date that form, if it isn't already, and stick it in your wallet or purse. If you get tested within four days of your trip to the dentist, show the tester the form, tell her you got novocain at the dentist, and you'll be covered.

If you're not in a safety-sensitive position--truckers, pilots, soldiers--they're interested in the ILLEGAL drugs you take. You can have all the novocain you want, although you probably don't want any.
