the one with 1024mb of memory is better because it allows more information to be stroed on the card instead on on the RAM which allows for faster speeds. This is only really noticeable on larger screens (about 30in and up) but it is still better to have more memory
No. Your computer has an integrated graphics card. You will need a dedicated graphics card such as a Radeon 4650/4670 or GeForce 8600. You should also check your processor and memory to make sure these fit the requirement too. You can try the free service "Can You Run It?" from System Requirements Lab at the website below. This service will tell you how your computer compares to the requirements of the game. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest
no Definitely. Im using the "budget" ATI Radeon 4350 512mb and can play Sims 3 on pretty high settings with a smooth framerate. Im actually thinking of upgrading to your card. Go for it man.

the ATI is better since it doesn't rely on system RAM and is a dedicated GPU, giving better performance. The Intel however shares system RAM, resulting in slower performance, e.g. do NOT expect to be able to run something like GTA IV or Crysis on high with it.
