well since no one knows if oil base paint will harm the vergin vinel liner ill answer it my self . I painted the aluminum walls of my thirty foot round ester Williams pool witch is hlghly over rated and priced with rustoleum primer and let stand two weeks to let cure.then I installed the liner witch took 30 minutes by the way.I personly don't think your socalled perfeshonal folks want you to know any of this.
