I doubt it will be. 4kids originally had the license, but lost it after about 150 episodes. After that, Funimation started dubbing and they released a few episodes on TV. However, One Piece originally aired on Cartoon Network's Toonami, which has been cancelled. Cartoon Network shows little to no interest in releasing anime on their network besides what they currently have licensed already, so Funimation streams their episodes online and directly sells their DVDs instead.
