Possibly, The Bible does not say. The Bible does say every person must give an account of themselves before God maybe that will involve sins being revealed:
Hebrews 4:13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
Not in Heaven (at least not the 3rd heaven) -- and not for those going to Heaven. After the millennial reign, there will be The Great White Throne Judgement.
"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:11-15)
The instant we die, we will be faced with Our Blessed Lord and undergo what is known as the Particular Judgment. In that instant we will be presented with our life, and our God and we will know INSTANTLY if we have genuinely loved Him or ourselves first. Thus most of us will instantly cast ourselves into hell where the pain and anguish will be so great that the only thing we will be concerned with is hate - and in the next instant we will realize that it will never ever be any better and we will hate God, hate our families, hate our friends, hate ourselves, hate Satan, hate the pain, hate the unending hopelessness of it all. Our sins will be there in all their wretched glory punishing us for all eternity.
If, however, we die loving God, but not completely perfect (as nothing imperfect can enter heaven (Revelation 21:27) then God in His loving mercy purifies us to bring us into heaven. Once we enter heaven, everything is gone but that which we loved, and as God is the ultimate love of our lives, we will be filled with the vision of Him forever and our sins will not be remembered at all except as a passing Thanksgiving for our repentance.
There is also something known as the General Judgment which is at the end of the world, when God will reveal everything, everyone's sins will be known, and we will finally understand God's Wisdom is letting things play out the way that they did. Thus, technically, we will know all sin, and each other's sins, but those of us in heaven will only give glory to God for all of it, and those of us in hell will only continue to curse God and everybody else for all eternity.
