Depending the area where you are having your teeth pulled people may only see a space but the actual "hole" where the tooth was pulled from heals over and is just like a regular gum area. Depending on WHERE they are pulled, no. The holes will close and your teeth will move up to fill those holes. If it is teeth in the back, they will eventually close. Usually they stitch the hols with dissolvable stitches.
