∙ 11y agoIf Phentermine were to show up in a drug screen (the non-specific test used to separate obviously negative tests from non-negative ones), it would show up as an amphetamine.
If this test were then sent for confirmation, however, this confirmatory testing would show that the actual drug found was phentermine (a type of amphetamine).
