No, they do not fall out like the original baby teeth. As the jaw grows, these molars and another set (Wisdom teeth) grow in. They are usually the first teeth to get cavities since they have deep ridges.

Well at first yes they will fall out, it matter does not if it is the bottom first premolar, the bottom second premolars and the top first and second premolars. The age for the top first molars are 10-11 years old, The second top is 10-12 years old. the bottom is the same as the top ones.
