No. Only time will "clean" your system. The only a cleanser will remove is money from your wallet. Apart from being a tad faster, there's NO biological difference between drinking water or getting it as a drip.

It will not help you to clean your system of drugs. Metabolism of the drugs usually occurs in the liver. It is usually excreted by the kidney. Intra venous saline has no role to play, unless the patient is dehydrated.
