Not the best. You would have to use regular glue and it would probably come off pretty soon. Plus I'm not sure if glue is real good for your nails. Just stick to the glitter nail polish! ;)
Use acetone finger nail polish remover. The design sheet is made of acrylic so the "regular" nail polish remover will get it off. The non acetone type won't get it off. Any cheap type will work, but it has to say "acetone" on the bottle.

State licensing is imperative in order to work as a nail technician and each state has different requirements.
