The las plagas creatures are in the game but are explained to be further zombie mutation, and not a parasite like in the game, the Axeman makes an appearance as well as the las plagas dogs like in the game. Another difference is Wesker dies in the game, but not in the movie, you see him survive if you pay close attention to the scene where Luther comes from the drain.
