Yes, silicone adhesive will work on glass to canvas. But keep in mind canvas is very flexible and even silicone may eventually separate.
100 % clear silicone would work best.
Epoxy or silicone will both work.
Silicone will work better.
100 % silicone would work.
You haven't said what the canvas is to be glued to. -Try silicone, it sticks many things like canvas.

I would use a good pressure sensitive glue like 100 % clear silicone, in a caulk tube (for ease of application) There are 4-5 good types of this adhesive in Home Depot at about $5 per tube. - I prefer 'Mono' , as it's always worked well for me.
the adhesive active when exposed to UV, and the adhesive remain active afterward. Clear residue, work well for glass and optical window.
Elmer's Glass glue would work, but I'd recommend taping the back too.
I work for a contractor for frames and glass windows repair and installation as one of their technicians and based on my experience there is this one glue that gets the job done easily and effectively - HSC13. This adhesive is made by Westech Aerosol. Just spray it and it applies easily to any kinds of glass. It is also waterproof. It does not contain any hazardous air pollutants so it is very safe to our health and environment.
There is a type of silicone caulking compound which is specifically designed to be used with concrete; this will work to attach insulation (but only if the concrete is DRY).
A regular silicone will not work too well if at all - as an adhesive on Azak. You can use Liquid Nails on Azak but you need to set a bead and spread it thin on both pieces you are joining. bead them, spread them, wait 10 - 15 minutes, and mate them and wait about 24 hours for a good hard bond- then you can use white silicone to fill the inside corner gaps. If it were me-- I would use this Liquid Nails method but I would also counter sink screws and then bondo and sand the holes and then spray with Kilz.
