Maybe someday, but not today
Distances don't depend on the specific nature of the phantasy in which you imagine traversing them, and no Space Shuttle was ever capable of traveling to Venus.
I am 99.89% sure that they were not aliens.[Nothing's ever 100%]
No spacecraft has ever landed on Mercury, but it was studied by Mariner 10 and MESSENGER.
Wormholes are theoretical. It is unlikely we will ever be able to travel through one if they are proven to exist.
If the sun's radiation could not travel through space, then the Earth would be a cold, dark, frozen rock, and nothing would have ever happened on it.

No
No 1). Nothing can. 2). No space shuttle ever came anywhere close to that speed. 3). No space shuttle can travel at any speed now, because that program has ended, and the remaining shuttles are in museums.
Depends what you mean by UFOs. If you mean 'spaceships with little green men' nobody has proved that such visits have ever taken place, and indeed, given the vastness of space, it is unlikely that they ever will. Some strange visual phenomena have been observed for which there is no explanation as yet; by their very nature no explanation for them exists.
It's Imposible to find out, you would probably eventually hit a black hole and die
Possibly, if commercial space travel becomes common in the next few decades.
Did you ever see sunlight, or light from the stars? - Light is a type of electromagnetic wave, and it came to us by traveling through empty space.
