Yes, but you have to follow the directions exactly. Your urine may come out as diluted... but it's better than testing positive for meth.. creatine and vitamin b 12 play a big part I. Three process. Search for step by step instructions.... and good luck. By the way, it's spelt certo gel...& it's the only thing that's worked for me thus far.
