Lars is in Tekken 6 console version, and Tekken 6 BR arcade version. The only one which Lars doesn't appear in is the Tekken 6 arcade version.

For consoles like the Wii, they would have to completely redesign the game. The graphics are very enhanced, and can only go on consoles that can support the graphics. There is also the controls for the Wii, it is going to be hard making Tekken 6 interactive.
