You can usually preorder games at your local or nearby GameStop (thats what I usually do) and usually you can preorder games like 2-3weeks before its actually comes out and it comes out on March 14th 2010 so I'm guessing you can preorder like around the 20 something of February get the figurines. You get Lugia for preordering Soul Silver and Ho-oh for Heart Gold.
