The Volturi come in Part two. Not both parts
No none of the Volturi die, because it doesn't come to a battle.
Near the end of the book.

They don't exactly come to the city, but the confrontation occurs in the deep forest adjoining forks.
The volturi come to kill renesmee and bella pushes the shield out of her to protect all the witnesses, and the volturi see that renesmee is human and they leave
when the volturi come in breaking dawn everyon gets ready for a fight. the cullens contact all ther allies. the volturi come to destroy renesmee but they don't succeed because Bella uses her 'shield' to stop them by projecting it around everyone. this way Jane and alec cant touch them. in the end the voltri go away and the Cullen's side wins. no one gets hurt of dies.
The Volturi comes at the end of breaking dawn as Irina had told them that Renesmee was an immortal child without actually seeing her upclose. So she was wrong. Immortal children cause alot of disturbance and are very dangerous so the Volturi will not tolerate them.
she is in breaking dawn, and she is in the last battle when all the volturi come. and she is always standing behind aro. she has a sheild. hope that helps!!!
the volturi come and try to destroy Bella & Edward's daughter, Renesmee Carlie Cullen. but, of course, they don't.
The villain is/are the Volturi as they come to fight with Bella and the Cullens because of the half human/half vampire baby, Renesmee...

Charles is a eurpean nomad and is Makenna's mate. He and Makenna come to be witnesses for the Volturi but when they discover that Renesmee is not fully immortal, they leave before a fight breaks out.
