Yes, the update will be part of the Windows 10 update in November 2015 and will work with all existing Xbox One consoles.
two ways. one is to connect to xbox live on your xbox and it will automatically install the latest updates. the other is to go on xbox.com and search for 'backwards compatibility'. follow the instructions from there.
Yes with a HD and the backward compatibility update
The Xbox One console will not be backwards upon its release on the 22nd of November this year. There is speculation regarding whether it may introduce backwards compatibility in the future but this has not been officially stated and remains speculation.
Why the hell would it? the original xbox was made before the 360, so why would it? If the 360 playing original xbox games is called "Backwards Compatibility", have you ever heard of anything called "Forwards Compatibility"? Didn't think so.
Well, lets see. Xbox 360 has backwards compatibility, internet that needs pay, smaller GB hard drive, that's about it
Only some, google the backwards compatibility list which shows all the current xbox games capable on the xbox 360. Not all of them are there yet, the list is updating and you have to apply and manual update to the xbox 360 in order for those games to work. can you play an xbox360 game on an xbox game yes
Well, you can download SOME through the XBOX LIVE marketplace (costs Microsoft Points) or the backwards compatibility system on the 360 allowes you to play original xbox games, but the backwards compatibility team has been stopped for future xbox 360 use. Hope this helps!
Most original Xbox games can be played on the Xbox 360 console. Shenmue 2 is one of them games which will work, I have even played it myself. I am not sure what you mean by backwards compatibility. If you mean by the region disks, a PAL game wont play on a other region xbox.
Since there is no hard proof of what the "Xbox 720" will have hardware-wise, we will not know till it comes out. I personally think there will be backwards-compatibility since it was there with the 360 as you could run original Xbox games on it.
You do not need to alter any settings for backwards compatability, so to answer your question, yes you can still play 360 games.
I have a copy of fable still with me i bought it for my son he still plays it he says that he never had problem with it even if it is 5 years old he uses it with Xbox 360
Yes, many Xbox games work on the Xbox One thanks to a feature called "backward compatibility." This means your Xbox One can play a selection of games from older Xbox consoles, specifically the original Xbox and the Xbox 360.
