Most dryers will kill scabies. But, the clothes must be dry to begin with and you should let them run for 30 minutes. The dryer must run above 122 F to do this. If you want to check if your dryer gets hot enough run some fabrics (sheets, towels, etc.) for a few minutes then immediately wrap a meat thermometer in the material for a few moments and read the temperature. Most dryers get as high as 150 F

No it will not kill them and it will ruin your hair. Use the shampoo made for this purpose.

Yes you can. It only takes 5 minutes of high heat to kill them but they recommend 20 to 30 minutes. I like to do more rather than less....just to be sure.
