No. For one thing, a tsunami does not have an eye. A tsunami is a massive wave usually triggered by an earthquake. You may be confusing it with a hurricane or typhoon. The eye of a hurricane does not freeze anything. In fact, the air in the eye is a bit warmer than the surrounding air. The freezing eye scenario presented in The Day After Tomorrow is utterly ridiculous.
That depends. People most likely? Pets, crops, etc. Anything that is in its path.
It certainly could when it comes ashore and wipes out anything and anybody in its path, it has such great force and so much strenght that the amount of water is unstoppable.
Tsunamis does total devastation destroying everything in its path.

A Tsunami is a giant wave or series of waves, if the people in their path are warned about them in advance they can get out of the way. A good system of alerts could save thousands of lives.
The safest place to be during a tsunami with a boat is out at sea in deep water where the tsunami waves are not as destructive. Boats can be carried by the tsunami waves and may be safer away from the impact zone near the shore. It is important to monitor official warnings and follow safety guidelines to navigate away from the tsunami's path.
I would advise people to seek higher ground immediately and move away from the coast to avoid being caught in the path of the tsunami. It is important to follow evacuation orders and take any necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
They can destroy anything in their path.
It depends if it's a big tsunami or a small one. Big ones: They destroy houses, kill people, tear down trees, flood streets and the area and destroy whatever it can in it's path! :O
it will destroy anything in its path
Pretty much anything in its path.
It all depends on how it started and how big it is, but the force and destruction can move entire houses, trains, planes, and all things smaller that are in its path on shore both far inland or as the tsunami returns to the sea it can take these things far out to sea with it. There was an entire house floating way out in the Pacific ocean after the Japanese tsunami of 2011.
