The fact is that it is always best to work the foreskin and have it pull back at all times. As a matter of fact it should be taught to children as part of normal bathing hygiene. However many parents neglect this so when you are ready to use it for reasons other the urinating you will just have to work the skin back and forth to stretch and loosen it. it wont take you long.
