Coupe? There are little screws on the underside that you'll have to reach under and remove with a small, short screwdriver. Sedan? I believe the grille is part of the bumper.
Usually under the vehicle along frame rail -- follow fuel lines from fuel tank

It is under the vehicle, below the seating area, on the passenger side of the transmission, mounted on the frame, in the fuel line. Easy to see if you crawl under the vehicle.
if ur looking for the high pressure pump it should be under the driver side of the car on the frame rail. there is also a pump in the tank
measure the two wheelbases to find out, if they match then yes, if no you can extend or shorten the frame. 1964 Chevelle, 2 door or 4 door, hardtop or sedan frames interchange. Convertible will fit but the 2 door or 4 door, hardtop or sedan will not fit the convertible.
