The RKE harness (remote keyless entry) is located under the center console. My guess is your looking to program a remote. The wires you jumper to do so are A and G. These are purple and black. -jeff
The remote keyless entry module on the 2004 Kia Optima is located under the driver's side dash. To find it, open the door and look up under the dash.
Put the appropriate key in the door, and turn. Or use the remote if you have keyless entry.
