absolutely. if what they're selling is no longer illegal, they can't charge whatever they want for it. if marijuana was legalized than the drug cartels would most likely crash and burn, unless they switch to relying more heavily on different drugs. once pot is legalized than the governments will regulate it and will make the profit off it, not illegal dealers.
